one of the best wrestling dvds i own tag title US title and WWE title matches were the best!
One of 2010's better PPV events. The six-pack challenge and Undertaker vs Kane bouts are probably the better ones of the night. Though Undertaker does look like he's lost a step and his heart isn't completely in it, he does put on a fair showing against his younger brother in this No Disqualification brawl for the World title. Anyone looking for a classic should head home disappointed sadly.
The Miz vs Daniel Bryan match wasn't a bad bout either, finally coming after weeks of building tensions between the US Champ and the former NXT Rookie. Bryan showed his abilities as well in the ring with The Miz as when he faced Jericho on NXT. Talking of Jericho, this was his last PPV appearance of 2010. The Ziggler-Kingston match wasn't too bad either. The main event was a solid, well-paced match with some nice little spots. Worth a watch, but there are other DVDs I'd be focusing on getting before this one. Still...it's better than Hell in a Cell 2010.
Tr?s bon PPV , je le conseil vivement :)

WWE Night Of Champions 2010, every title is on the line and there is quite a lot of stuff going on here, can WWE rebound from an alright but not groundbreaking Summerslam, lets find out:
1. WWE Intercontinental Championship (If Ziggler is disqualified or counted out he loses the title)
Dolph Ziggler (c) vs. Kofi Kingston
After these two were cut off when things got good at Summerslam, this rematch shows us what we could have had! A really good wrestling match between these two which went on slowly building up to a good finish. Both guys worked to bring a freshness to the moves and it paid off great, the match stipulation also helped in adding credability to Ziggler as a champion. Even if the finish was still a tad dirty. 4/5
2. The Big Show vs. CM Punk
Why this was here is beyond me as it is not a title match, still it is a fun little contest and CM Punk put on a great show and promo but the match was only short and did its job. Still I thought the ease to which Punk lost was a little sad, could have been better but as a filler this was all fine. 3/5
3. WWE United States Championship
The Miz (c) vs. Daniel Bryan
What A Match! A match of the year candidate even. Bryan and The Miz put on a wrestling clinic with a great underdog story and seething rivalry this match ought to have been great. However it was so much more, a back and forth contest with innovation and atmosphere in abundance. The entire match was exciting, not a dull moment to be had. The Heel vs Face concept worked a treat fans were really into this! The finish was triumphant and cheer worthy. A real crowd pleaser of a match which showed The Miz is earning his push, Bryan belongs in the WWE and that the U.S Title means something. Plus, we get to see Michael Cole get his mouth shut, a winner all round. 5/5
4. WWE Womens and Divas Title Unification Lumberjill match
Melina (Dc) vs. Michelle McCool (Co- Wc)
First and foremost I hate the decision of unifiing these two titles as WWE now only has a Divas Title, The womens title and with it years of history flushed down the toilet. We keep this ugly championship and get rid of the prestegious womens title, absurd. However the match was passable Melina and Michelle had a go and delivered an uninspiring but OK match. The Lumberjills were put to use and the match came together OK but the ending was utterly predictable and the pacing was a bit of a mess. 2/5
5. WWE World Heavyweight Championship No Holds Barred
Kane (c) vs. The Undertaker
This classic rivalry re-visited in what I can easily say was one hell of a fight, Kane looked more agile than he's beeen in years and Undertaker was on great but purposely weakened form. The two fought on the stage, in the crowd, and around ringside, little occured in the ring itself. This was just a fantastic brawl with a few weapons used and environment used to great effect. The ending was clean as a sheet and thrillingly satisfying, with a rather shocking victory. Undertaker as always was his brilliant self but Kane is by far the best he's been in years. 4/5
6. WWE Tag Team Championships Tag Team Turmoil
The Hart Dynasty (c) vs. The Usos vs. Santino and Kozlov vs. Mark Henry and Evan Bourne vs Drew McIntyre and "Dashing" Cody Rhodes
Another filler here but again not a bad one the match was fast paced and quite fun to watch, even if the winning team was blatantly obvious from the start. Unfortunate the way The Hart Dynasty lost, namely easily and how a few other teams could not have made it a bit longer. Still The Usos showed up well and the winners look set to be an old-school heel tag team. 3/5
7. WWE Championship Six Pack Challenge Elimination match
Sheamus (c) vs. Randy Orton vs. Wade Barrett vs. Edge vs. Chris Jericho vs. John Cena
A star studded main event which moved along nicely with some great moments and eliminations, despite a stupid early elimination. The match was gripping at times and had a wonderfully hectic feel, with Barrett especially showing well. Everyone in the match entertained and made the match fantastic fun to watch. The winner was quite predictable but when the result was so crowd pleasing that matters little. 4/5
Night Of Champions was a great night of wrestling, with only one so-so match but even that could not halt this great events momentum. Better than Summerslam and probably the best Night Of Champions event. 4/5
